Tourism in Beijing
Beijing is the capital city of china. It is one of the most popular tourist destination and most visited destination in the world. There are hundreds and thousands of attractions in this wonderful city waiting for you to explore. Every year millions of people from the all over the world visit Beijing. In the year 2008, Beijing hosted the Olympic Games.
One of the most famous travel destinations is the Forbidden City, which was actually the home to the Ming and Qing dynasties. It features the palace museum which includes of imperial collections of the Chinese art. The Forbidden City is many former imperial parks, scenic areas and gardens, notably the Shichahai, Beihai, Zhongnanhai, Zhongshan and Jingshan. Some of the most popular temples in Beijing are Tanzhe Temple, Dongyue Temple, Miaoying Temple, Yonghe Temple, White Cloud Temple, Wanshou Temple, Fayuan Temple and Big Bell Temple.
